Bella Watson, Gingerbread Contest Entry

is holding a gingerbread citizen contest and I thought I'd give it a try. I had fun drawing her out, I hope you guys like her. Here is her info:

Gender: Female

Occupation: Librarian/Researcher (hence the books she is holding)

Personality: Sweet, gentle, tends to be quiet, shy, loves to help people with books and information.

Bio: Grew up in an upperclass family, her father Conrad was a scholar so he always had shelves upon shelves of books in their house. Bella would always love to read the books he collected or have him read to her. Her mother Belinda is a huge socialite, she would often drag Bella to parties and Bella would feel uncomfortable due to her shyness. She has a younger brother named Andrew, he is 13. (I'll draw him out later if anyone wants to see how he looks or her parents.)

Monologue: She decided when she was young that she would work in the library, much to her mother's dismay. Since she reads constantly she has an almost infinite amount of knowledge and she loves learning new things. She adores basically everything about books, but one of her pleasures is reading love stories. She tends to dress in simple dresses and keep her hair tied in a neat bun. She can be incredibly shy but once you get past that she is kind, caring, and loyal to those she cares about. But if you try to ruin any of the books she flips out by either getting very angry or she'd burst into tears. She is basically a diamond in the ruff. People can easily say that she has her mother's beauty, but her father's brain.
